To beast or not to beast?

Real Beast Fitness offers highly-personalized strength and conditioning coaching through a holistic lens.

Delivering training for better health, better fitness, and better performance.

Train for Life

Exercise vs. Training

The distinguishing factor between exercise and training lies in the intention and focus. Exercise doesn’t require a programme and isn’t undertaken with a concrete outcome in mind.

Training aims to condition the body to operate at a higher level and achieve specific goals.

Training requires a plan, dedication, and a commitment to progress over time.

I guide you in building fitness and health, and in making training a cornerstone of life.  What you receive (aside from excellent results) is highly personalised guidance and programming that is deeply considered in relation to you as an individual and your specific goals. I plan your training in relation to your day, week, month, year, lifestyle, and objectives.

It’s a journey into the numerous benefits of well-thought-out training—and we embark on this journey together. I firmly believe everyone should train to the degree to which they are capable.  Everyone should aspire to be a beast in their own right.

If you are fortunate enough to receive expert help, it will be one of the best investments you ever make. I cannot speak highly enough about the reward that comes from training. It is an enabler to a greater experience of life.

“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”

- Socrates

Meet Andy Beyst

I help men become beasts in their own right—making physical training a non-negotiable pillar in their lives. My coaching helps them perform better, feel better, and look great doing it.

The men I work with have a distinct hunger for life. They’re lifestyle enthusiasts and professional hobbyists—or on their way there. They’ve built businesses, bought back their time, and now want to invest in their fitness so they can enjoy life even more.

They understand that health is wealth. They know that being fit helps them do more of what they love—better, and for longer.

I’ve tried it all—read the books, followed the diets, taken the supplements, tested the methods. I got strong, got jacked, became a yogi, went vegan, became a fruitarian. Safe to say, I think about moving my chi just as much as I do that 100-pound dumbbell.

I went full circle and came back to the same place with the same same but different understanding…I am here to be a beast.

The goal? To still be a beast at 85 years young.  That doesn't mean being able to set a world record right now.  It means training intelligently, ironing out the creases, appreciating the cycle of training and recovery, taking care of the body  not destroying it.  It’s about being a solid 7 across the board rather than chasing a 10 (or even better 11) at a few things and a 1 at others.

Be strong, be fit, be mobile, be flexible, be a beast.

With 20 years of coaching experience, I’ve come to understand key unshakeable principles.  These professional and life experiences have shaped the foundation of my coaching philosophy.

Becoming a Beast

  1. Eat real food and drink plenty of good water.

  2. Sleep well.

  3. Move well and often.

That’s it in its simplicity. If you're doing all those things, getting the results you want, moving, looking, and feeling the way you’d like—then there's not much more for me to help with.  But if that’s not the case, there’s a high chance I can deliver something of extreme value to you.

I’ve spent a lifetime connecting the dots so you don’t have to. That means results—quicker, and more lasting progress.

My role is to provide the clearest path for you to achieve the results you want from your training.  A well-designed programme fuels the success of the trainee.  I help cut through the noise so you can focus on simply getting your training done.

A great coach keeps you focused on what truly matters and helps you make key judgement calls—like when to push harder and when to prioritise recovery.

Most people you know, whether in your family or social circle, aren’t all that invested in your training.  It’s unlikely they’ll be particularly excited when you hit a new PB, or notice when a specific movement lights up your posterior chain.  That your spine feels great, that you feel stronger, are performing better, or that you want to sculpt your arms a bit more—this is the kind of thing that many would consider boring.  But not your coach.

This is why we do what we do!  It’s passion in the truest sense of the word—something we’ve been willing to suffer for, and without doubt, have done so at some point.  This is a huge part of being a coach: being in your corner, fully immersed in the very thing you’re trying to integrate into your life.  No question is too silly, no win too small to celebrate, no aesthetic goal too trivial to take seriously.

Your personalised training is designed to free up mental space and time, allowing you to focus on actually training—and living—rather than spending energy planning or writing (and, rewriting) your own programme.

How It Works

1

Check-in Call

We kick things off with a call—a vibe check, if you will. This call ensures we’re the right fit. We’ll talk through your challenges, your goals, and what’s been holding you back. If we’re aligned, we’ll map out the next steps together.

2

Review & Plan

Next, we get the full picture. You’ll complete an in-depth intake process, take starting measurements.

This isn’t just paperwork—it’s how we understand where you’ve been, where you are, and where you want to go. With this info, I develop your personalized plan designed for your body, lifestyle, and goals.

3

Launch Week

With your program in hand, it’s time to get to work.

You’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp, so I can answer any questions, tweak your plan, and keep you progressing. On top of that, we’ll have a bi-weekly check-in to track key markers and make sure we’re focusing on the right things.
